Urgent Help Needed for 1-Year-Old Virat
Respected Donor,
Today, with great sorrow and concern, we reach out to you with an appeal to help a poor child and his family who are going through an unimaginably difficult time.
The child’s name is Viraat Thakur, who, at just one year old, is suffering from Retinoblastoma (eye cancer). Several medical tests have already been conducted, and our organization has spent approximately ₹1,10,000 on his treatment so far.
Now, doctors have advised chemotherapy for Viraat. Sadly, the family’s condition is so dire that even the hardest of hearts would melt seeing their struggle.
Tragically, Viraat’s elder sister passed away last year due to the same disease when it reached the final stage. His father, Deepak Thakur, also lost his right eye during childhood due to Retinoblastoma. Worse still, two years ago, while taking his daughter for treatment, he met with an accident that left his right leg and left arm more than 50% disabled.
Viraat also has an elder brother, Samrat Thakur, who has thankfully remained healthy so far. Due to the family’s dire situation, his education was interrupted. However, our organization, Navuttam Welfare Foundation, has taken full responsibility for his studies and has enrolled him at Maharishi Dayanand Gurukul, Gautam Nagar, near AIIMS Hospital, on June 3rd. We will continue to support him as long as he wishes to study.
Dear Sir/Madam, we now make a heartfelt appeal to you to step forward and help save the eyes—and the life—of this young child, Viraat. The estimated remaining cost of his treatment is ₹3,50,000. Your support can bring light back into the life of this family and help a struggling father once again hold his beloved child in his arms with hope and dignity.
May God bless you and always keep your children safe from every sorrow and hardship.
We humbly hope for your best efforts and maximum support.
